What is an ISRC Code?
This functions similarly to a UPC for a record…it’s a unique identifier of
each track, as opposed to 1 UPC for an entire album.  We can supply these to
you at minimal cost.

What is Metadata and why do I have to fill out this sheet?
Metadata is the information used by all digital retailers to display your
project.  You MUST make sure that everything is correct and spelled
correctly – double and triple check!

Can I upload my audio via FTP?
For the time being please send us two physical copies of your content.

How do I deliver my art?
Please make sure your art is 800 x 800 jpegs and you can email it or upload
to our FTP site.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 3 weeks after you place your project with
us. If any expenses have been incurred, we will determine an appropriate
cancellation fee.

Please define Single vs EP vs LP?
A single is one song. The fee for a single is the same for a track of any
time. So, the pricing is the same for a 30 second or 30 minute song.

An Ep is 4-5 tracks.

An LP is up to 14 tracks.

How long can my track be?
Track can be any length

Explicit lyrics?
Why not?

I got permission from Harry Fox to manufacture my CD why can't I sell it digitally?
You may have received permission to manufacture a CD with select cover songs
but you will still need to obtain mechanical licensing rights for the
digital version of your project. Please contact Harry Fox or appropriate
publishing companies.

What if there is a mistake in spelling once my project is up on the retail sites?
If you provided the information with the mistake, there is a fee to correct
the mistakes – and it takes some time as it is hard to get things down once
they’re up digitally.
