Sarah Robertson
CEO

Sarah founded the New York City office of then A to Z Music in 1994, and has been the company’s CEO since 1997.

Hailing from the United Kingdom, Sarah has an extensive background in both entrepreneurial set ups and growth development. In 1992, she opened the London office of Pilz’s, a German manufacturer, and led her group to market leadership within the year. Prior to that, Sarah gained extensive experience working for Disctronics Manufacturing (UK) both as Director of Customer Service and Director of Sales.

Sarah is an active member of the Women President’s Organization, Women’s Leadership Exchange, and the National Association of Women Business Owners. She and her husband, Scott Pollack, live in Northern New Jersey with their rambunctious twins.

Scott Pollack
President

Scott oversees A to Z Media sales, marketing and customer service efforts. As a former proprietor of the independent music label Which?, representing acts like The Brian Jonestown Massacre and Daniel Johnston, Scott’s first experience with A to Z Media was as a client.

Previously, Scott worked in the finance department of Ogilvy and Mather Direct. This agency experience, coupled with his time at the helm of Which?, give Scott a uniquely informed perspective on the importance of creative product packaging. However, Scott admits that his first job, working as a caddy for some of New York’s most astute businesspeople, is the real root of his professional acumen.

Married to A to Z Media CEO Sarah Roberston, he considers the company a family business. Scott is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

Brett Trach
Director, Sales & Marketing

Brett joined A to Z Media in 2002. As Director of Sales & Marketing, he concentrates on identifying new industries and markets for business development, as well as maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships.

Prior to joining A to Z, Brett served as Vice President of Moon Ska Records.

Joe Vent

Joe also comes to A to Z Media after having engaged the company’s services as a client. As President of Don’t Records, a successful independent record label based in Milwaukee, and as an independent recording artist in his own right, Joe worked with A to Z in their first year in the United States.

Joe manages the day-to-day administration of the Midwest office. He is also a pricing and product information specialist, and coordinates all relevant regional projects and accounts.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Joe is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, The Wisconsin Area Music Industry, and the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations.
